Third-country nationals that work under a Cyprus company (financial services, restaurant, hotels, agriculture, farm etc). Permit’s validity ranges from 1 to 4 years and can be renewed for as long as employment is valid.

How to apply:

The main requirement for the applicant is to have labor office approval. The permit categories are divided into 3 based on the type of company.

Required documents:
  • Certificate of company's incorporation
  • Certificate of shareholders 
  • Certificate of trade union agreement
  • Company's TAX clearance
  • Recent payment confirmation for settlement of V.A.T charges
  • Medical report (Medical exams performed in CY)
Permit Restrictions:
  • Permit is bound to employment contract and labour's office approval
  • The permit is canceled if holder remains for 3 consecutive months out of Cyprus
