Applicable for:

Third-country nationals that work under a company of foreign interests (BCS company). Permit’s validity ranges from 1 to 2 years and can be renewed for as long as employment is valid.

How to apply:

The main requirement is for the applicant to have relevant academic qualifications or past work experience.  BCS permit categories are divided into 2 based on work position and gross salary – Senior Management (Directors) and Middle Management (Key Personnel).

Required documents:

  • Original passport with minimum validity of 2 years
  • Original rental agreement or sales agreement
  • Original criminal report
  • Original university diploma
  • Medical Insurance
  • Medical report (Medical exams performed in CY) Employment Agreement (Minimum 12-month validity)

Permit Restrictions:

  • Permit is bound to employment contract
  • The permit is canceled if holder remains for 3 consecutive months out of Cyprus
